Hades and his family

Alekto, Megaria and Tisiphone are part of the group of Erinyes, They avenged crimes and they were particularly concerned with homicide, unfilial conduct, crimes against the gods, and perjury. They were also servants of Hades where they oversaw the torture of criminals consigned to the Dungeons of the Damned. I think that there are 5 groups of Erinyes, those that were the daughters of Ouranus and Gaia, another group that were the daughters of Nyx, another group that were the daughters of Poena the goddess of Vengeance & Retribution (she was the daughter of Gaia and Aither) the 4th group that is said to be the daughters of Hades and lists no other parent with him may be his daughters with his first wife Leuke and the last group were daughters of Hades and Persephone.


Leuke was either an Oceanid or a Hamadryad Nymph but as she was mentioned to lived the span of her life in the Underworld. Which means she may have actually been a Dryad nymph or rather a Hamadryad nymph. Dryads or Tree nymphs were connected to a tree and when that tree died so did they. Hamadryads were tree nymphs of oaks and poplar trees and usually were associated with river-side trees and sacred groves.

I also have Hades and Leuke having a few nymph daughters of my creation though not pictured I have them going under the name the Aidoneades, taking after Hades' other name Aidoneus and they spend a majority of the time in Elysium. I also have Hades and Leuke having a few Hamadryad daughters.
